Alumni Association History
The UH Engineering Alumni Association was established in 1983. Some of the goals of the Engineering Alumni Association are to: promote and foster better understanding and relationship between the UH engineering faculty and students with the practicing engineering alumni; promote fellowship among the UH engineering alumni through social functions; and to provide professional support.

The Engineering Alumni Association of the University of Hawaii (EAAUH) held its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday June 30, 2004 at the Honolulu Country Club.
The newly elected Executive Board members were installed and Outgoing President Bryce Yonemura spoke briefly about the events that the EAAUH participated in over the past year and thanked the College and Ms.
Carrie Matsuzaki for their support.
Interim Associate Dean Dr. Vassilis Syrmos spoke about the College of Engineering's progress in terms of enrollment and recruitment over the past few years. Guest speaker Daniel Dinell, Executive Director of the Hawaii Community Development Authority, gave a talk about the development of Kaka'ako and Kalaeloa.
The 2004 Annual Golf Tournament will be held on Friday, July 30, 2004 at the Pearl Country Club.
